We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We offer affordable payment plans for your convenience - we will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and debit cards.

Aetna - call 1-800-US-AETNA to find out if Chiropractic is covered under your plan.
Blue Cross Blue Shield - HMO Blue New England and Blue Choice New England include chiropractic coverage as part of their benefit plans. For other products, you must have a "Chiropractic Rider" in order for you to have chiropractic coverage.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
